We are seeking a highly skilled Roofing Supervisor to join our team at BUSY BOYZ ROOFING. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Coordinate and schedule roofing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 roofing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, including production and other relevant metrics.
- Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all roofing projects are conducted in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a roofing supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliable, and a team player.
The successful candidate will work under pressure, with a 30-35 hour workweek. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
