Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of roofing and shingling crews
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Train or arrange for training of crew members to maintain their skills and knowledge
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the roofing industry
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Commercial and residential roofing experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example
  • Reliability and strong communication skills
Work Environment:
  • Commercial and residential roofing projects
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language
