Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team at Maruti Management. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures and reviewing existing ones to ensure they meet the needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment;
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation;
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services;
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be fluent in English. They must also be able to work under pressure and have strong attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Degree: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Work setting: Private sector, Urban area;
  • Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, Accounting software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word;
  • Transportation/travel information: Own transportation;
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure, Attention to detail;
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years;

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
