About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Service Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless and exceptional service to our guests through our in-room dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take guest in-room dining orders and communicate special requests to the kitchen, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Answer telephone calls using courteous and efficient telephone etiquette, obtaining all necessary information to process guest orders.
- Communicate guest orders to the kitchen, including any special needs or requests, and coordinate delivery of items to the guestroom in a timely manner.
- Properly and accurately close guest checks, record guest charges and gratuities, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Experience working in Food and Beverage operations, preferably in a room service or in-room dining setting.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A current Serving It Right Certificate.
- Ability to work in Canada and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
