In-Room Dining Team Lead

Job Summary:
The In-Room Dining Captain is a key member of our Food and Beverage team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our In-Room Dining department. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Department Management: Assist in the daily management of the In-Room Dining department, ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining high staff morale.
- Account Management: Ensure all accounts are processed accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Labour Management: Monitor labour on a daily basis, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet guest demand.
- Training and Development: Participate in the training and coaching of new and existing team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Support and Collaboration: Provide support to the management team and F&B Division as required, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Supervisory experience in a food and beverage department, with a proven track record of success.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in an In-Room Dining position is an asset, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its challenges.
- Certifications: Serving It Right certification is required.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
