About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic In Room Dining Server to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Whistler. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders to guest rooms, verifying orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Greet guests, provide engaging descriptions of menu items, and respond to requests in a timely manner.
- Break down, clean, and set up room service tables, condiment setups, and side stations.
- Anticipate guest needs, assess satisfaction, and offer suggestions to enhance their experience.
- Close guest checks accurately, securing room numbers and signatures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Food and Beverage, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge and passion for all aspects of food and beverage.
- Proficient command of the English language.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, coupled with a dedication to customer service.
- Possession of the Serving it Right Certificate.
