Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Lead, Nurse Practitioner to provide expert leadership and consultation to programs and departments across the organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting excellence in clinical practice and quality care among Nurse Practitioners.

Key Responsibilities- Provide expert leadership and consultation to Nurse Practitioners on projects and initiatives that support quality practice environments and excellence in clinical practice.
- Develop role clarity and foster integration of NP practice within interprofessional teams.
- Perform Clinical Nurse Practitioner duties as assigned and take key accountabilities for quality assurance and patient safety within the Regional Department of Nurse Practitioners.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contracts, government policies, regulations, and funding mechanisms relevant to acute, community, and primary health care.
- Able to develop detailed parameters for clinical practice changes and negotiate and implement change management within complex clinical environments.
- Proficient in the use of related technology and software applications.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
