About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Services Specialist to join our team at CIBC. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention

    • Provide personalized financial planning and advice to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and network to drive growth and revenue.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans, ensuring alignment with CIBC's strategic objectives.
  • Community Engagement
    • Participate in local community events and initiatives, promoting CIBC's brand and values while building relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts, identifying opportunities for business growth and collaboration.

  • Business Acumen
    • Proven ability to think strategically, with a strong focus on business growth and development.
    • Experience with business planning and development, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Professional Designations
    • Hold a professional designation in finance, such as ACCFM or CR, with a strong focus on continuing education and professional development.
