About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transformational Leader for Quality, Risk, and Patient-Centered Care to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your expertise in quality improvement, risk management, and patient-centered care to drive positive change within our organization.

Job Summary

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing staff education and training in quality, risk, and patient safety. You will also ensure that evidence-informed best practices guide quality improvement initiatives and stay up-to-date with current issues and practices in quality, risk, and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee staff education and training in quality, risk, and patient safety.
  • Ensure evidence-informed best practice guides quality improvement initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of current issues and practices in quality, risk, and patient safety.
  • Oversee, manage, and develop the role of the Quality Improvement Specialists, Patient Safety, and Risk Specialists.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Engineering, or a Health-related discipline.
  • 10 years of progressive and cumulative leadership experience.
  • Excellent understanding of operational excellence, quality improvement, change management, and service innovation with expertise in utilizing tools such as lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and design thinking.
