Job Summary:

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Legal Advisor to provide expert legal advice and support to the organization on a variety of commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support on commercial matters, including contract negotiation and drafting, intellectual property protection, and corporate governance.
  • Assist in the review and analysis of commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to protect the organization's intellectual property rights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant legal developments and provide guidance on corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate legal environment.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and intellectual property law.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
