Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at Bunge. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the management of all systems and activities involved in the receiving, storage, and shipping of products in our facility.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve safety culture and reduce injuries.
  • Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices, sanitation standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage monthly sanitation inspections and lead corrective actions as necessary.
  • Track and report facility productivity improvements.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Develop and drive Operations Excellence Plans to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
  • Support continuous improvement activities and act as a change agent for facility changes.
  • Monitor KPIs and develop plans to bring teams in line with Operations Excellence goals.
  • Participate in daily production meetings and ensure alignment of production operations management.
  • Assist with personnel issues and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure maintenance of material handling equipment and plan future moves.
  • Ensure integrity of SAP transactions and plan finished goods inventory counts.
  • Develop and maintain schedules for forklift drivers and truck drivers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or commensurate work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in warehousing, oil refining, oil packaging operations, or related activities.
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills, including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, and other technical software packages.
  • Transportation/distribution or logistics experience.
  • Exceptional customer service and team building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience using material handling equipment and systems; EWM and SAP.
  • MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Excellent oral and written skills, as well as motivational skills, delegation skills, and the ability to mediate.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work within a team environment.
