Position Overview

The Motel Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the motel. This position involves overseeing daily operations and managing staff to provide exceptional service to guests.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience is required.
Work Environment

This role is set within a dynamic hotel, motel, or resort environment, where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform the same duties as the staff under supervision.
  • Assist guests with special requirements to enhance their experience.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review the work of team members.
  • Recruit and train new staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards.
  • Ensure the operation of computer systems and equipment, coordinating repairs as necessary to maintain service continuity.
  • Order materials and supplies as needed to support operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position involves supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
