Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.
- Assist Guests with Special Needs: Provide support and assistance to guests with special needs, ensuring that their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Maintain Operations: Oversee the maintenance of our motel's computer systems, equipment, and machinery, ensuring that they are in good working order and that any issues are promptly addressed.
- Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order and manage the requisition of materials and supplies, ensuring that our motel is well-stocked and that we have everything we need to provide excellent service to our guests.
- Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
