Position Overview

The Motel Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the motel staff and ensuring exceptional service delivery to guests. This role involves managing a team, coordinating tasks, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
Work Environment

This position is set in a dynamic lodging environment, including hotels, motels, and resorts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement work schedules and procedures for staff
  • Perform duties similar to those of supervised employees
  • Prepare and present operational reports
  • Coordinate, assign, and evaluate work tasks
  • Ensure the maintenance and functionality of computer systems and equipment, arranging repairs as necessary
  • Order materials and supplies to support operations
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 3-4 employees.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Outlook and other relevant software
