Description

As a Mental Health Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical supervision for a discipline, practice area, or service sector, supporting clinicians to provide excellence in professional practice and enable quality, patient- and family-centered care.

In this clinical leadership role, you will provide clinical supervision to staff providing addiction and/or mental health services to individuals, families, and groups.

  • You will be required to supervise regulated staff requiring supervision to meet regulatory requirements for practice and/or unregulated staff providing the restricted activity of psychosocial intervention.
  • This may include observing clinical sessions, reviewing clinical documentation and written reports, conducting team case consultations, offering support, and providing guidance and direction to clinical staff with challenging and urgent cases in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years post-licensure completion under the Health Professions Act.
  • The ability to supervise Provisional Clinicians, a requirement of this position.
  • A Master's degree.
  • Experience in single-session modality is critical to this position.
  • Previous clinical supervision experience is required.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between $85,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
