Packaging Operations Manager

SILANI SWEET CHEESE LTD. is seeking a skilled Packaging Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective packaging of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise staff in packaging procedures and safety protocols
- Recommend personnel actions, including hiring and promotions
- Prepare production reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement measures to enhance productivity and product quality
- Coordinate and schedule packaging activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility and reliability
