Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of specialists in implementing the Commercial and Private Banking 1859 strategy, focusing on agricultural producers and clients.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase commercial client bases and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated consulting services, ensuring clients receive tailored advice and support.
- Identify and manage risks associated with the agricultural sector, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
- Stay up-to-date with economic trends affecting the Commercial Banking sector, adapting products and services to meet evolving client needs.
- Represent the Bank externally, promoting products and services to various stakeholders, including accountants, lawyers, and mortgage brokers.
You will lead a team of 16 employees, including Account Managers and Account Representatives, serving Eastern Ontario, Outaouais, Lanaudière, Laval, Laurentides, and Abittibi-Témiscamingue.
Our training programs focus on on-the-job learning, helping you master your role and develop essential skills. You will have access to personalized training content, banking solutions, and the advisory approach, as well as a diverse team of colleagues with expertise and experience.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in a related field and 8 years of relevant experience.
- Significant experience dealing with Commercial Banking clients, particularly in the agricultural sector.
- Knowledge of the agricultural sector or field.
- Solid background in personnel management, including experience in complex financing structures and risk analysis.
- Experience in sales coaching, negotiation, and maximizing the use of sales management tools.
