Job Description

The Sales Growth Manager will create opportunities to increase sales through relationship-building activities and outreach, nurturing of existing property owner and investor clients, and building the pipeline of potential clients through referral partners.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Closing short-term rental management contract sales on behalf of StayNue by prospecting and building a database of referral partners and property owner leads at a high level due to a high degree of emotional intelligence, proven ability to develop and nurture relationships.
  • Working closely with the CEO in an office location in the Toronto-West area.
  • Performing 'intentional outreach activities' including phone calls, e-mails, posting in social media groups, face-to-face appointments, office drop-bys, joining and attending networking groups, and presentations.
  • Managing new leads with aggressive lead follow-up and a high conversion rate.
  • Filling, maintaining, and working the client pipeline.
  • Nurturing the existing and past clients to prepare for renewal of service agreements.
  • Identifying new networks and social media channels where our ideal avatar spends their time.
  • Making outbound sales calls to various lead sources.
  • Preparing forecasts, contract terms, and pricing documents.
  • Promoting the company's products and services.
Requirements

To be successful as a Sales Growth Manager, you should have:

  • A proven track record of helping companies grow annual revenue.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Strong relationship, follow-up, and rapport building skills.
  • The ability to navigate various software including, but not limited to, Asana, Google Docs, sheets, and slides.
Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
