Job Summary

As an Administrative Operations Coordinator at TH Logistics LTD., you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. This role involves administering policies and procedures related to record release and overseeing office administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to maintain efficiency and compliance.
  • Establish and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure procedures are followed.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including record management and office operations.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release to maintain confidentiality and compliance.
  • Assemble data and prepare reports to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Reliability and attention to detail to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.


Work Details
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 per week.
