Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at EightSix Network.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support to our team, handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Update website content and design, and distribute a bi-monthly e-newsletter
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of membership databases
  • Participate in organizational events and carry out assigned tasks, which may involve travel within the province
  • Coordinate and track Legal Directory sales
  • Assist the Executive Director in disseminating information to the Board, Council, and Members
  • Track volunteer engagement and oversee the Branch Annual Report
Requirements:
  • 3 years in administrative/office roles or a combination of post-secondary education and experience
  • Must reside in Saskatchewan
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Pro and editing functions preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage workload efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, including proficient proofreading abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with a Board of Directors is advantageous
