Job Description

The Senior Brand Marketing Executive will be responsible for leading the development of integrated marketing programs that drive business objectives. This includes:

  • Developing and executing the annual marketing strategy, plan, and budget for corresponding business units
  • Collaborating with business unit leads to understand business priorities and objectives
  • Monitoring competitive activity to proactively provide marketing support and improvement of plans, ideas, and processes
  • Leading internal team meetings to define marketing programs, objectives, and desired results

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant work experience in branding, advertising, or marketing, with a strong background in retail, retail pharmacy, pharma, or healthcare. They will also possess excellent business acumen skills, including budget management, strategic tradeoffs, and analytical and influencing skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Brand Ambassador: passionately engaged and understands B2B & B2C marketing
  • Experience in Retail, Retail Pharmacy, Pharma, or Healthcare or regulatory marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
