The Culinary Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing food service operations, ensuring high standards of quality and safety are maintained. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in food service management.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the food service industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Train and mentor staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols
  • Assess and calculate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met
  • Prepare financial budgets and cost projections for food service operations
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns effectively
  • Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management
  • Supervise the delivery process of food trolleys to ensure efficiency
  • Develop and manage staff work schedules
Certifications
  • Possession of a Food Safety Certificate is required
