Culinary Supervisor

The successful candidate will have experience in food preparation, inventory management, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Ensure that meals are prepared to the highest standards, using fresh ingredients and adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining stockroom organization.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation, sanitation, and customer service.
- Quality Control: Monitor food quality, addressing any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on inventory, sales, and other key metrics.
Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food preparation and service.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
