Job Summary

LEELA'S ROTI & DOUBLES INC is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset
