Position Overview

The Construction Manager at MCM-D'Lusso Construction will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of construction projects, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a related field.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities of subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Assess daily operations and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Organize and plan daily operational tasks.
  • Develop and monitor construction schedules and milestones.
  • Draft contracts and negotiate any necessary revisions or changes.
  • Supervise the analysis of data and project information.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced and dynamic setting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Requires attention to detail and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
