About the Role

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, oversee apprenticeship training, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise workers and projects, train or arrange for training, and lead individuals to achieve project goals.
  • Communication: Prepare production and other reports, read blueprints and drawings, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Recruit and hire workers, carry out related staffing actions, and ensure a reliable and organized team.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and team player.
Work Environment
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving project goals.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and health regulations.
Personal Suitability
  • Language: English.
