As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of compensation structures, conducting market analysis to ensure competitive compensation, and ensuring compliance with compensation-related regulations.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compensation management and HR operations. You will work closely with our team to analyze data, develop reports, and implement solutions to improve our compensation practices.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in organizing and formatting job descriptions at a national level
* Audit and help locate missing documents and up-to-date records
* Support the review of offer letters to ensure they meet company standards
* Participate in projects aimed at improving compensation practices globally
* Provide general administrative assistance for compensation and benefits tasks
* Address employee questions related to compensation and benefits
* Update and maintain compensation and benefits data
* Assist in researching competitive compensation market trends
* Help ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
* Coordination with third-party vendors communications
* Respond to additional ad-hoc needs and requests within the department

Requirements:

* Currently pursuing or recently obtained a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Analytical mindset
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Meticulous work ethic and great precision in handling tasks
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Some experience in HR or a related field is preferred
