Sales Unit Manager

At Intact Financial Corporation, we're looking for a skilled Sales Unit Manager to join our team in Sherbrooke. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for leading, coordinating, and supervising the activities of our sales team to achieve our company's strategic objectives.
About the Role:
- Lead and coordinate the activities of the sales team to ensure optimal use of resources and alignment with company objectives.
- Manage the performance of team members, providing continuous training and ensuring compliance with customer experience standards.
- Monitor and control costs and productivity to meet customer service centre objectives.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to customers by regularly supervising team members and implementing quality standards.
- Identify issues, propose solutions, and implement changes to improve service quality, operations, and risk management.
- Participate in projects, committees, and task forces to support the implementation of action plans.
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a contact centre environment.
- Bilingual (French and English) with the ability to interact with English-speaking clients and colleagues.
- Accident & Sickness and/or General Insurance License (an asset).
- Knowledge of travel insurance products and systems.
- Proven experience driving high levels of employee engagement and delivering key performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret results.
