Sales Unit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Unit Manager to join our team in Sherbrooke. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and supervising the activities of the team to achieve strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate team activities to optimize resource utilization and achieve business objectives.
- Manage team performance, ensuring continuous training and compliance with customer experience standards.
- Monitor and control costs and productivity to meet customer service centre objectives.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to customers by supervising team members and adhering to standards.
- Identify issues, propose solutions, and implement changes to improve service quality, operations, and risk management.
- Participate in projects, committees, and task forces to support action plan implementation.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a contact centre environment.
- Bilingual (French and English) with regular interaction with English-speaking clients and colleagues.
- Accident & Sickness and/or General Insurance License (an asset).
- Knowledge of travel insurance products and systems.
- Proven experience driving high employee engagement through personal action plans, team engagement, and involvement.
- Experience in monitoring, reporting, and delivering key performance metrics.
