- Manage team performance, ensuring continuous training and compliance with customer experience standards.
- Monitor and control costs and productivity to meet customer service centre objectives.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to customers through regular supervision and coaching.
- Identify and propose solutions to improve service quality, operations, and risk management.
- Participate in projects, committees, and task forces to implement action plans.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a contact centre environment.
- Bilingual (French and English) with regular interaction with English-speaking clients and colleagues.
- Accident & Sickness and/or General Insurance License (an asset).
