**About the Role**

Intact Financial Corporation is seeking a dedicated Member Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across Canada.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Engage with clients from diverse regional groups across Canada via various communication channels.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to their inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize your knowledge to effectively address client questions, concerns, and requests.
  • Ensure that each interaction leaves clients feeling supported and valued.
  • Perform various administrative duties, including printing, managing documents, and filing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication and efficient problem-solving.

**Requirements:**

  • Prior experience in a call center, administrative support, or customer service role is essential.
  • Proficiency in both English and French is required, enabling effective communication with clients across Canada.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage printing, mail, greetings, and filing tasks efficiently.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze client inquiries, identify underlying issues, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate matters as necessary.
