We're looking for a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to emergency calls, and handling claims files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emergency calls from insureds and open auto and home claims files as needed.
  • Answer calls in a professional manner to take care of our insureds.
  • Handle emergency situations in a courteous and respectful manner.
  • Recommend our business partners to our clients.
  • Document incoming requests in accordance with established standards and procedures.
  • Consult, interpret, verify, correct, and update various documents and data.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
  • University degree or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the role.
  • Passionate about customer service.
  • Comfortable with computer systems.
  • No Canadian work experience required, but must be eligible to work in Canada.
