Drake International is seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and qualify candidates for various job openings
- Manage client expectations and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships in the industry
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Goal-oriented and motivated individual
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Compensation:
- $45,000 - $50,000 per year
- Uncapped commission
- RRSP matching program
- Medical and dental benefits
- Three weeks' vacation
