Culinary Operations Specialist

CB Canada is seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for the execution of menu item production, maintaining all company standards and adherence to all safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, pre-cook, cook and present menu items in a timely fashion, adhering to standardized recipes.
- Submit food product requirements for purchasing and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with all operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with all stakeholders, including guests, ownership, and team members.
- High School Diploma; Culinary education an asset.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive culinary experience.
- Food Safety Certification and ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
