As a concierge and room services associate, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same.

Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Guest Service
    • Courteously respond to guest requests and questions;
  • Room Maintenance
    • Clean and stock rooms according to quality standards (supplies, beds, bathrooms, vacuuming, dishes, dusting, exterior entrances, windows);
  • Laundry and Housekeeping
    • Maintain clean laundry room, complete laundry inventory form and take down dishes from floors;

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided upon hiring

Compensation

Our estimated salary range for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive salary, and we offer a range of benefits to support your career and personal growth.
