Job Title: Financial Services Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Manager to join our team at Kenora Hyundai. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive their preferred payment options and managing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with financial institutes, primarily Focus Hyundai Financial Services.
  • Organize delivery schedules efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate with sales managers, service advisors, and sales consultants on product or vehicle sales.
  • Arrange registration and insurance, and deliver Focus Hyundai vehicles to customers.
  • Use Excel and First Canadian log to accurately track registered units, sales, claims, and vehicles' gross profits.
  • Manage customer accounts and contact information.
  • Work with credit analysts to secure deals and ensure timely delivery.
  • Complete contracts to ensure MMDA and other legal agreements are in place.
  • Monitor contract funding and contracts in transit.
  • Maintain customer accounts and lease to retail contracts.
  • Communicate regularly with sales consultants and detail team to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
  • Handle claims to be paid by Focus Hyundai Canada and Focus Hyundai Financial.
  • Collaborate with MBFS Dealer Relations Manager to ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Assist service advisors on warranties and discrepancies.
  • Review contracts before releasing ownership and liability to clients.
  • Closing contracts, advising the controller to pay out flooring, and sending contracts to Mercedes Benz Financial for funding.
