Job Overview:

B.A. Robinson Co., a leading Canadian distributor of plumbing, heating, electrical, and lighting products, is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team.

About the Role:

  • As a Sales Consultant, you will work in our beautiful showrooms, assisting customers in finding the perfect lighting and/or plumbing items for their home projects.
  • You will work with homeowners, designers, and contractors to select industry-leading lighting and plumbing fixtures from around the world.
  • Creating quotes and specification packages for customers and following up with them to ensure satisfaction is key to your success.
  • Maintaining detailed and organized records of quotes, sales, and customer requests is essential to your role.
  • Processing, fulfilling, and triaging orders, ensuring products are delivered to customers on time, is critical to meeting our customer service standards.
  • Providing post-order support inquiries such as status, back-order inquiries, returns, and refunds demonstrates your commitment to customer satisfaction.
