Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Store Systems and Operations Coordinator. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store's administrative functions, including cash handling, inventory management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store Systems:
    • Maintain and troubleshoot store hardware and software systems, including point-of-sale systems and communication networks.
    • Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
    • Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
    • Act as the primary store contact for IT support and systems deployment.
    • Manage Problem Incident Report logs and maintain accurate records.
    • Print and display in-store signage and maintain pricing accuracy throughout the store.
  • Store Operations:
    • Manage store funds, including cash, stamps, gift cards, and other assets.
    • Count and prepare bank deposits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Administer point-of-sale charity fundraising programs and manage related administrative tasks.
    • Manage administrative functions of the point-of-sale system, including manager override numbers.
    • Administer Transit Passes and Lottery Tickets programs, as well as other assigned programs.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service, adhering to our company's mission statement.
    • Support the 10/10 Sales Challenge philosophy, ensuring prompt and efficient customer service.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Technical and mathematical aptitude, with ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality, particularly regarding company revenues and pricing information.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with all levels of personnel.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, with minimal supervision.
