Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at SK Immigration. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, market analysis, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Planning and Control: Develop and implement effective budget plans to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize business growth.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate and timely reports to stakeholders, including management and clients.
  • Project Management: Direct committees and working groups to plan, develop, and implement business projects and programs.
  • Communication Strategies: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and drive business growth.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise professional staff, program leaders, instructors, and volunteer staff to ensure effective team performance.
  • Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and effective outcomes.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient business performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and a team player attitude.
  • Work Terms: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
