Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our leadership team at Gold Leaf Financial Group Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and communications for the President or Vice-President
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and prioritize the executive's daily activities to ensure all tasks and deadlines are met
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as required, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a financial services environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment supporting C-level executives is a strong asset
