Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team members. If you're passionate about retail, leadership, and making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction through effective store operations and team leadership
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to inform business decisions
