Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Sushi California. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Order supplies and equipment
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Recruit and hire staff
- Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
