Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cook to join our team at Sushi California. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to meet the high standards of Sushi California.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and develop kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire new staff members to join the Sushi California team.
- Kitchen Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
