As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of our products on various projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and oversee all onsite elements and functions related to the design, manufacture, delivery, and installation of products on assigned projects.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Department Manager and Site Operations Manager to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate with installers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Conduct site measurements and provide information to engineering teams.
- Participate in kick-off meetings, safety inspections, and other project-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in field management or project management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
