Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Heritage Indian Cuisine Nanaimo. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery, maintain high standards of quality, and optimize efficiency.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment, ensuring customers receive exceptional service, and addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, drive sales growth, and increase brand awareness.
- Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs, to ensure profitability and achieve business objectives.
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing team productivity
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
