Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and analytical individuals to join our Business and Client Services (BCS) team as Capital Markets Business Development Interns. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various groups within the division, including Client & Data Management Group, Market Business Services, Regulatory & Risk Operations, and Settlements & Clearing Services.

Your responsibilities may include reviewing and analyzing new business rule changes or system changes that impact reporting processes and performing associated testing. You may also support our Regulatory team with various aspects of regulatory reporting to ensure Capital Markets' operations remains compliant with internal policies, industry regulators, and tax authorities.

You will be working on complex projects, collaborating with internal teams, and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our interns have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the organization and develop valuable skills that will prepare them for a successful career in Financial Services.

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a logical mind-set and technical aptitude
  • Ability to collect, analyze, interpret, and query data
  • Inherent sense of ownership and initiative
  • Excellent communication skills – clear and concise oral, written, and presentation abilities
  • Proven relationship-building skills to create, maintain, and enhance relationships with internal and/or external partners
  • Ability to comprehend and document complex business requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Studies in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
