Senior Business Development Leader, Capital Markets Initiatives

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced professional with 8-10 years of relevant business experience, preferably in Capital Markets, to join our team. Your expertise will help us drive incremental revenue opportunities and efficiencies across our Capital Markets businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage initiatives for new strategies, transactions, or projects that may involve financial or risk assessments.
- Lead business development initiatives to increase revenue and/or productivity, while maintaining execution efficiency across core markets and products.
- Provide leadership and subject matter expertise to implement key programs and initiatives, building strong relationships globally across the organization.
- Design and implement new business processes to solve critical business problems, interacting with various groups across the firm.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems within a short timeframe, interpreting bank policies and corporate standards.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in finance, mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
- CFA charter or candidacy, or MBA, is an asset.
- Familiarity with financial data providers (Bloomberg, Reuters) and proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to review, assess, and provide detailed information daily on multiple projects in an organized manner.
Salary Range: The estimated salary range for this position based in Toronto is $125,000 - $140,000 CAD per year, plus performance-based incentives and discretionary bonuses.
