Job Description

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for updating financial models and reporting for ongoing Capital Developments' projects. This role requires a self-starter who is outgoing, organized, hardworking, and enjoys working in a small office environment.

  • Evaluate opportunities for residential condo, multi-family, and commercial developments
  • Collaborate with lenders to secure financing for land acquisition and construction
  • Assist in creating opportunity pitchbooks for presentation to potential investors
  • Analyze project cash flows and prepare sensitivity analysis to study the impact on the overall project
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting for internal and external distribution
  • Participate in identifying efficiencies for continuous improvements
  • Sourcing and reporting on current market data and intelligence
Requirements

We are seeking a highly driven and organized individual with:

  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent communication abilities
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and respond to deadlines on multiple projects in a timely and professional manner
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. The company offers a hybrid work structure with employees expected to be in the office four days a week. We also provide opportunities for growth and development within the company.
