At HARYANA ENTERPRISES LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Office Manager to join our team for a 3-day tenure. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in administrative procedures and who can work efficiently in an office setting.
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 per annum, based on the job requirements and industry standards.
Job DescriptionThe Administrative Office Manager will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to office support staff. They will also establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing new administrative procedures to improve efficiency
- Reviewing and evaluating existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Delegating tasks to office support staff to maximize productivity
- Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed
- Maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
- Preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Performing data entry and training staff
- Oversight of office administrative procedures and payroll administration
