Restaurant Operations Manager

At INDIA PARADISE RESTAURANT, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Delivery: Ensure prompt and courteous service to all customers, managing wait times and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Team Management: Supervise and train staff in various areas of responsibility, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are rotated regularly.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The ability to work overtime is required.
